We are currently hiring for a Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist position with a heavy emphasis on payroll processing 3 days a week. This is a remote position base out of Oklahoma City, OK or Vancouver, WA area.

Qualifications: ? We are seeking someone who enjoys working with our community team members and thrives in a fast-paced environment ? Candidates must have previous payroll experience and knowledge of multi-state payroll requirements. Paycom experience is required. ? Proficiency with the HRIS, Paycom ? Strong MS Office and Excel skills are required ? Basic knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws ? Ability to work in both a team environment and independently ? Associate's degree or 2 years of related experience and/or training, SHRM or PHR preferred ? Previous experience in an assisted living or long term care is a plus
Responsibilities: ? Process payroll and provide tax support as needed, 3 days weekly ? Ensure HRIS and other HR system access is updated ? Provide support in administering Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation programs ? Recruiting support as required ? Partner with HR team on special projects and reports related to a wide variety of company and HR initiatives ? Back up support for Benefits and 401k ? Responsible for maintaining confidential employee information such as personal data, compensation and benefits
This is a remote position, with traditional working hours primarily Monday-Friday, though occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
