Job Description: We?re looking for a results-driven General Manager in Hays, KS, with at least four years of hands-on sales experience. This role is key in leading our local sales team, setting high-performance standards, and driving revenue growth. If you?re a motivated sales professional ready to make a substantial impact, we?d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute local sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Actively coach, mentor, and drive your team toward top performance.

Analyze sales performance metrics, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Hays area to maximize sales potential.

Lead by example to cultivate a driven, results-oriented sales culture.

Qualifications:

4+ years of sales experience with a record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Experience managing and motivating a sales team effectively.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt sales strategies based on data insights.

Goal-driven with excellent leadership and communication skills.
