Synergetic Communication Inc. is currently looking for experienced Collection Representatives who are confident, competitive and dedicated individuals and ready for a challenging and rewarding work experience. We pay a competitive hourly wage plus commission.

Responsibilities: ? Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls in effort to negotiate re-payment plans on past-due and charged-off accounts. ? Maintain a thorough understanding of State and Federal laws and regulations related to Debt Collection compliance (FDCPA and CFPB). ? Input information in Collection Software to track conversations with Consumer. ? Great Communication and negotiation skills ? Maturity, honesty, integrity and a strong sense of ethics. ? Analyze each consumer?s unique situation, create and negotiate repayment of past due obligations consistent with guidelines and requirements ? Engage in timely follow up and maintain open lines of communication ? Research and update consumer contact information ? Document work accurately and timely ? Follow all company policies and procedures, be on time and participate in all team meetings, activities, etc. while pursuing these duties ? Work schedule 40 hours weekly ? Ability to work some late nights and Saturdays

Requirements:

? High School Diploma or Equivalent

? Must be able to pass background check

? At least 1 year Collections Experience

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
