We're seeking a Full-Time Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing with precision and compassion. This is an onsite-only position in Citrus Heights, California, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: ? Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time using iSolved HCM software. ? Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with California wage and hour laws. ? Address payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. ? Audit payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. ? Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and compliance with all regulatory requirements. ? Collaborate with HR and management to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes as they relate to payroll. ? 401k year end audit submission ? Workman Comp monthly/annual reporting and auditing Qualifications: ? 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting. ? Proficiency with iSolved HCM or similar payroll systems. ? Strong knowledge of California labor laws and payroll regulations. ? Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to work onsite in Northern California.
