? As a Fractional Tax Senior you could spend a few hours a month up to full-time availability applying your technical and account management skill set across a variety of clients and industries.
? The Fractional Tax Senior oversees the delivery of a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations to multiple clients.
? This role is proactive and solution oriented, offering depth of experience to our clients in the fast-paced world of start-up accounting.
? A successful Fractional Tax Senior at Escalon has a high level of technical tax proficiency, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow as a professional.

Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, and/or equivalent work experience. ? 3+ years in a busy, complex tax environment. ? CPA, JD, or EA license required. ? Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office suite. ? Experience with tech start up organizations preferred but will train the right person.
