Description:
? Drive growth by cultivating client relationships
? Lead the client account planning cycle
? Ensure clients? needs are consistently met
? Develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients
? Proactively introduce solutions and ideas to clients
? Manage sales lifecycle and communicate business and financial cases
? Ensure client satisfaction and retention
? Execute deliverables within marketing & campaign initiatives
? Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges

Requirements: ? 5- 10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with business process outsourcing (BPO) ? 5- 10 years insurance industry experience ? Bachelor?s degree ? Experience selling products or services to insurance organizations. ? Insurance designations preferred. ? Proven record of sales success and internal drive to persevere and grow client relationships. ? Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to listen effectively to client and audience responses (verbal and non-verbal) ? Exceptional interpersonal skills
