Chobani is seeking a proactive and organized Legal Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the in-house Legal Department. This role involves managing legal documents, contracts, and data analytics, while also responding to business requests related to legal inquiries. The Legal Coordinator will play a critical role in project management and process improvement within the Legal Department.
Responsibilities
? Manage and maintain Chobani's contract management system, including data entry and reporting.

? Review commercial contracts and distill key data for the contract management system.

? Manage reporting processes for contract expirations and renewals.

? Serve as a liaison between the Legal Department and other departments.

? Educate the business on contract management matters and provide training on the contract management system.

? Assist with process improvement projects to enhance efficiency in the Legal Department.

? Manage electronic signature processes and contract workflows.
Requirements
? College degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

? Experience with legal agreements, contractual terms, and contracting processes.

? Technology-savvy with experience in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with strong follow-through skills.
