I. POSITION PURPOSE

Provides coordination on projects to parish buildings and grounds. This is a time limited position. Once projects have been completed this job will come to its end.

II. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work closely with Pastor and PAA to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects.
? Performs various coordinating duties such as scheduling and risk management.
? Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
? Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
? Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
