Lead Business Analyst - Finance

Key Responsibilities: ? Financial and Operational Analysis: ? Analyze financial and operational data to support performance targets. ? Track and analyze performance measures for Project Managers. ? Financial Planning and Budgeting: ? Prepare business unit financial plans and strategic plans. ? Manage revenue and cost planning and resource allocation processes. ? Team Management: ? Lead and develop a team of financial planning consultants. ? User Acceptance Testing (UAT): ? Conduct UAT for Copperleaf and train Project Managers on risk assessment. ? Budget Management: ? Prepare and present monthly budget reviews.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. ? Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. ? Strong leadership and team management skills. ? Proficient in data analysis and Excel. ? Effective communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
? Experience in the energy or utilities sector.
? Familiarity with Copperleaf or similar tools.
