Responsibilities
? Follow our playbooks and weekly schedules (Proprietary to our company)

? Determine the best product for the client, lock the loan at the point of sale, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package.
,
? Collaborate with several administrators and a designated underwriter to oversee work.
,
? Focus on new loan originations while processors work on the loan.
,
? Ensure 14-day close requirements and stipulations are met.
,
? Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types.

Requirements
? Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
,
? Minimum two years of sales experience and two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
,
? If newly licensed, a minimum of five years of sales experience and willingness to undergo a month of training.
,
? Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
,
? Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships.
,
? Experience with CRM/CMS systems, preferably HubSpot.
,
? Ability to make sound judgments on credit decisions, funding, and post-close issues.
,
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
