Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Student Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our students, providing exceptional support and guidance primarily in the areas of bookkeeping/accounting concepts and QuickBooks Online. Your role will involve resolving student inquiries, providing training, coaching, technical assistance, and ensuring overall student satisfaction.

Responsibilities: ? Respond to student inquiries and provide assistance via email, our Facebook group, and on weekly Zoom coaching calls ? Troubleshoot and resolve student issues related to bookkeeping/accounting, QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QBO Payroll ? Utilize accounting and bookkeeping knowledge to address student questions and concerns effectively ? Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards students at all times ? Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex student issues ? Actively contribute to the improvement of our student support processes and procedures

Requirements: ? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QBO Payroll ? Strong accounting/bookkeeping background ? Exceptional written communication skills ? Strong technology skills, including proficiency in using Chrome, Gmail, Zoom, Loom, etc. ? Positive attitude and passion for helping others ? Proven problem-solving abilities ? Availability to work weekends ? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications: ? Previous experience in customer support ? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field ? Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT)
