We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Nursing Home Claims Adjuster. The ideal candidate will have a background in claims, with specific expertise in Nursing Homes or Senior Living, and previous experience working with a TPA or brokerage/agency with a focus on nursing homes or senior living.

100% Remote, offering a flexible and collaborative work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Claims Management:
? Execute tasks related to the adjustment of nursing home claims, ensuring a thorough and efficient process.
? Manage nursing home claims with precision and expertise.
? Participate in meditation and settlement negotiations.

Effective Communication:
? Engage in clear and proactive communication with policyholders, third-party investigators, defense firms, and internal claims team members.
? Mitigate claim damages through collaborative and strategic communication.

Client Support:
? Proactively support policyholders with open claims, providing clear and empathetic assistance.
? Foster a positive client experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
? Collaborate seamlessly with the claims team to maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow.

Qualifications: ? 1-3 years of proven expertise in Nursing Home/Senior Living claims adjusting. ? Proficiency in handling nursing home/senior living claims. ? Understanding of Medicare Section 111 Reporting ? Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. ? In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to nursing home/senior living claims. ? Ability to thrive in an independent, remote work environment. ? Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, showcasing commitment to continuous professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
