In this role as a Health/Life Insurance Agent, you will be required to hold an active Health & Life Insurance License. You will have the opportunity to contract with up to 190 different carriers, offering a range of health insurance options including Private, Marketplace ACA, and Medicare, as well as various life insurance products such as Term Life, Whole Life, and Universal Life policies. The compensation structure is competitive, featuring weekly advance commissions and renewal commissions that contribute to long-term income. Additionally, agents can earn weekly spiffs and bonuses, along with incentives for travel and participation in national contests that offer cash prizes and weekend trips. The position offers a flexible work environment, allowing agents to choose their own hours and work from home. Training and developmental programs are provided to support agents as they start and progress in their careers. Our dedicated team is committed to helping you train and manage your business effectively. We pride ourselves on our high retention rate, with 85% of our brokers remaining with us, significantly lower than the industry average turnover rate of 92%. Requirements
? Active Health & Life Insurance License is required for this position.
