Compensation and Benefits

Full-time employees become eligible for benefits after a 30-day waiting period, which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, EAP, STD, and LTD. Part-time employees may access some benefits on a pro-rated basis.

Responsibilities
? Conduct title research to identify encumbrances, liens, or issues affecting the title
? Pursue releases, resolve title defects, and coordinate with stakeholders
? Draft legal documents such as deeds, releases, and affidavits
? Act as a liaison between clients, title companies, and other parties
? Organize records and track progress on curative tasks

Qualifications
? Relevant experience in title research and curative processes
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
? Experience in legal document preparation and compliance

Education Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category
? Bachelor?s degree preferred, but not required

Experience Requirements
? Previous experience in real estate or title assistance is preferred, though not required
