Here, you will find a culture guided by diversity and inclusion, talented peers, comprehensive benefits, and career development opportunities. Come make an impact on the communities we serve as you help us advance health equity on a global scale. Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with fintech experience to work closely with all teams across Starship (including banking, design, sales, and engineering) to build out new features to solve our users' most important health savings problems. Each product manager leads a cross-functional squad with engineers and a designer that owns a product area end-to-end. You'll partner with design and engineering to prioritize innovation and uphold our standard for beautifully designed products, while balancing technical and business considerations. Our ideal candidate is data-driven, user-focused, and able to work cross-functionally across the entire organization. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. In this role, you will gather and translate user problems as inputs for setting the product vision and strategy. You will manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support. Additionally, you will develop and manage the product roadmap with input from product leadership and other stakeholders, owning new features from discovery through post-launch analysis and iteration. You will break down large problems and features into small detailed stories and acceptance criteria that can be delivered incrementally. Leading day-to-day squad meetings, you will remove blockers and work with product leadership to ensure your squad is operating at its highest potential. As a subject matter expert, you will disseminate information across the organization and have strategic influence, finding, creating, and reporting key metrics and data to support your decisions. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your core ability of laying out a detailed path for product initiatives - from inception to launch through close collaboration with engineers, designers, and stakeholders. In an environment that will challenge you, you will receive clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as development for other roles you may be interested in.
