Description:
? QA/Data Analyst responsible for auditing, manipulating, and uploading client data
? Assist Senior QA Specialist in the final testing and quality assurance of builds
? Collaborate with senior teammates to manage EDI/file integration projects
? Serve as a subject matter resource in client meetings
? Assist with providing guidance on SOPs and process improvements
Requirements: ? Minimum education required: Associate?s, or Bachelor?s degree, or equivalent work experience ? 3-6 years of applicable software implementation experience ? Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts ? Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation ? Ability to travel for work if requested (Less than 5% of the time) ? Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solving ? Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
