Duration: One year contract, (may be extended to five years)
Location: Annapolis, MD
Pay: Hourly

Responsibilities: ? Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. ? Define and capture business requirements. ? Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates. ? Provide 2nd tier production support. ? Perform system configuration and testing. ? Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials. ? Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: ? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. ? Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. ? Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration ? Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities
? Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
? Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
? Experience with the following:
? PeopleSoft upgrades and testing
? PeopleSoft selective adoption process
? Expert level knowledge of the following:
? SDLC methodology and processes
? SQL
? Oracle 19C databases
? REST-based webservers
? Ability to provide expert customer service .
