Treas/Funds Transf Analyst (GOV) - E-Commerce

About the position

As a Treasury/Funds Transfer Analyst (GOV) within PNC's E-Commerce organization, you will be responsible for executing fund transfers, resolving client inquiries, and monitoring transactions. This remote position requires attention to detail and compliance with financial regulations, ensuring a high level of service for corporate clients. The role involves working with Canadian processing and includes an 8-week training period.

Responsibilities
? Executes funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms under general supervision.

? Initiates a subset of manual transactions, resolves routine exceptions, and/or provides secondary approval of initiated/repaired transactions.

? Performs high-level financial reconciliation of processed transactions and investigates reconciliation exceptions.

? Monitors live transactions within multiple processing applications, addressing exceptions according to standard policies and procedures.

? Ensures compliance with the control framework and reports potential conflicts with relevant regulations.

? Participates in basic change management activities upon request.

Requirements
? Associates degree or equivalent experience required.

? 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.

? Knowledge of account reconciliations, application processing, and control frameworks.
