We are actively seeking Task Leads for upcoming procurements for U.S. Energy Information Administration task orders. BluePath anticipates full-time and part-time positions requiring proven experience in managing tasks related to supporting the Annual Energy Outlook 2025, cybersecurity and data center support, systems development and maintenance support, modernization of data collection surveys, web operations and maintenance support, monthly and annual state energy data support, and energy modeling and analysis support. The task leads must have technical expertise, as well as excel in communication, collaborating with diverse teams across locations and providing leadership to motivate team members and achieve project milestones. The role of a task lead requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree and at least ten years of experience in a related role. Key personnel must also possess communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Demonstrated abilities with Microsoft tools are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
? Serves as the technical lead interfacing with government technical personnel and customer agency representatives.

? Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned tasks.

? Oversees development of and maintains detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

? Coordinates project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.

? Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
,
? Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers.
Requirements
? A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
,
? At least ten years of experience in a related role.

? Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

? Demonstrated abilities with Microsoft tools.
Nice-to-haves
? A master's degree.

? Experience with the U.S. Department of Energy.

? Ability to obtain a Top Secret or Q clearance.

? Recognized technical certifications such as Registered Professional Engineer, Program Management Professional, Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
