Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated In-House Accountant to oversee our comprehensive financial processes. In this essential role, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, conduct bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping using QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks POS Desktop. Please note that this is an in-house role, and remote candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
? Supervise accounts payable and guarantee prompt payment of invoices.
? Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection activities.
? Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure accurate account matching.
? Maintain precise financial records utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise for reporting.
? Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
? Collaborate with various departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries.
? Assist during audits and tax preparation.

Required Skills
? Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks POS Desktop.
? Strong grasp of accounting principles and best practices.
? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
? Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
? Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
? Proven experience as an accountant or in a comparable financial role.
? CPA certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
