Position Summary
THIS IS NOT A JOB. We are not seeking employees who are looking for an hourly wage we are seeking entrepreneurial, self driven go getters who want to use our platform to fund millions of dollars of loans and get paid doing it.
We are seeking knowledgeable, self driven, motivated professionals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be someone who can generate commercial loan transactions through networking with borrowers, third parties such as agents, loan officers, mortgage bankers, CPA's and other resources. This role requires excellent origination and sales skills and the ability to assist clients in securing the best mortgage options available through our extensive lender network.
Duties
? Originating loan transactions in the 41 states we do business in.
? Compiling loan underwriting packages for review and underwriting.
? Negotiate terms with clients on viable transactions.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
? Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process, ensuring client satisfaction.
? Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
? Conduct themselves in a professional, concise manner reflecting the companies principles and policies.
Requirements
? Must be able to pay $100.00 fee per month for email, toll free number and access to company training calls.
? Must have reliable computer and internet access.
? Comply with all company requirements for origination
? Have 1+ year of mortgage origination experience
? Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently.
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
? Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state regulations are preferred.
