We are seeking dynamic Executive Counselors to empower healthcare insurance IT leaders to navigate complex challenges and achieve transformative results. In a landscape of increasing regulations, cost pressures, and AI-driven innovation, CIOs face heightened demands by CEOs and boards of directors. CIOs must demonstrate ROI and increased strategic agility from projects and other key initiatives and specifically in AI. As an Executive Counselor, you?ll guide leaders with tailored insights, foster real-time knowledge sharing, and customize cutting-edge research to address critical needs like AI frameworks, claims management, and system optimization. Key Responsibilities: ? Provide Executive Services exclusively to 15?25 healthcare insurance IT clients annually, ensuring tailored support for their unique challenges and goals. ? Develop and maintain effective engagement plans focused on clients' key initiatives, aligning with their objectives to optimize decision-making, mitigate risks, and enhance performance. ? Participate in unstructured, value-based conversations with clients, offering insights into personal and professional success strategies and addressing emerging industry pressures, such as regulatory changes and cost management. ? Deliver confidential and professional advising in-person, telephonically, and digitally through video conferencing, fostering trust and collaboration. ? Assess members? needs, setting actionable objectives and strategic plans to meet the terms of their agreements while addressing sector-specific challenges, such as AI adoption and return on investment. ? Provide thought leadership by proactively identifying new ideas and research topics, including claims processing systems, AI frameworks, and agile implementations, to drive impactful discussions. ? Customize core research for healthcare insurance IT clients, ensuring relevance and practical application to their organizations. ? Identify opportunities for additional services that align with clients' goals and proactively suggest them to enhance client success and organizational outcomes. ? Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Directors to support account planning efforts and align service delivery with strategic goals. ? Utilize internal and third-party assets to deliver exceptional value to members and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. ? Diagnose and address clients? pain points by connecting them to suitable Info-Tech Research Group products and services. ? Document exceptional case studies for new sales initiatives, demonstrating the impact and value of services provided. ? Maintain a professional demeanor and cultivate a strong personal brand to achieve exceptional member satisfaction scores. ? Lead and contribute to healthcare research on relevant topics, ensuring clients are equipped with actionable insights to navigate evolving industry demands.
Key Selection Criteria:
? Minimum of 10 years of professional IT experience, including leadership roles such as CIO, with expertise spanning multiple industries and business environments (e.g., IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations).
? Proven ability to guide executives in optimizing decision-making, managing risk, and addressing the challenges posed by regulatory changes and cost pressures.
? Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to individual and organizational needs.
? Comprehensive understanding of industry executive management roles, including politics, human behavior, and scenario planning specific to IT leadership.
? Expertise in coordinating complex service delivery models and addressing diverse stakeholder needs, particularly within regulated industries like healthcare insurance.
? Commitment to continuous learning and thought leadership, contributing to innovative research and discussions on emerging technologies such as AI and its implications for IT strategies.
? Exceptional verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage senior-level clients effectively.
? Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a dedication to ethical principles of conduct as a trusted executive advisor.
? Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time and eligibility to obtain a TN1 Visa if required.
