? Provide leadership in the development and implementation of medical and clinical strategies
? Ensure the quality of medical services and represent the company in collaborating with external partners
? Lead Medical Affairs go-to-market launch planning and execution
? Communicate and partner with key external therapeutic experts (HCPs) to provide high level clinical education
? Provide a medical perspective to clinical and regulatory organizations
? Develop and support key clinical and medical affairs strategies in conjunction with commercial counterparts
? Interact and present to government, regulatory, and other partners to promote the corporation?s reputation
? Attend and support external medical meetings and conferences

Requirements: ? Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Master?s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor?s degree and 10 years of relevant experience ? At least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources ? Medical degree preferred (MD or ex-US equivalent) ? Relevant clinical therapeutic experience preferred; focus in rheumatology preferred ? 3+ years in Medical Affairs and/or experience in rheumatology and/or immunology preferred ? Knowledge of clinical trial development and direction preferred ? Outstanding oral and written communication skills ? Able to demonstrate problem solving and risk mitigation skills ? Willingness to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment ? Ability to adapt easily to changing work environment, comfortable with ambiguity
