About the position

The New Business Policy Representative for Life Insurance is responsible for managing the lifecycle of life insurance policy applications, from initial receipt through to final delivery. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry regulations, processing applications accurately, and providing exceptional customer service. The representative will work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work, while also collaborating with various departments to resolve complex cases and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities
? Process new Life Insurance policies from application to issue.

? Field customer inquiries with empathy and patience.
,
? Maintain a working knowledge of organizational functions and systems related to administrative tasks.
,
? Meet or exceed service standards for accuracy, turnaround time, and quality.
,
? Perform account reconciliation using appropriate systems.
,
? Correspond with Legal and Compliance departments for complex cases and customer complaints.
,
? Handle special assignments and projects within provided timeframes.
,
? Stay updated on product and case education, and participate in associate training and coaching.
,
? Identify and resolve system and processing related issues.

Requirements
? High School Diploma or GED required.
,
? 0-2 years of related experience required.
,
? Previous experience with Life Insurance and/or Annuity products is highly preferred.
,
? Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and/or Portuguese is desired.

Nice-to-haves
? Experience in customer service roles.

? Familiarity with insurance processing systems.
