Compensation Plan for 2025:
? 30 items per month ? $56,000/year + bonus
? 40 items per month ? $75,000/year + bonus
? 50 items per month ? $93,000/year + bonus
? 60 items per month ? $112,000/year + bonus
? 70 items per month ? $130,000/year + bonus

Key Responsibilities: ? Drive sales and meet monthly goals ? Provide excellent customer service and advice ? Utilize unlimited prospects from a variety of lead vendors ? Leverage top-tier industry technology and resources ? Engage in ongoing training and development

Qualifications: ? Must be a current or past Allstate Sales Producer ? Track record of 30 or more items per month ? Self-motivated with a passion for helping others ? Excellent communication skills and attention to detail ? Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
