Tawantech is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting for the tech or banking industries, with a deep understanding of the skills and roles specific to these sectors. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and banking roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to Tawantech, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and organizational growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities: ? Recruitment Strategy & Planning: ? Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and create effective hiring strategies. ? Develop a thorough understanding of job requirements in both the tech and banking sectors. ? Sourcing and Screening: ? Source, attract, and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other networking methods. ? Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. ? Candidate Management: ? Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. ? Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout all stages of the recruitment process. ? Job Posting & Advertising: ? Write compelling job descriptions for various technical and banking roles, ensuring clarity in requirements and responsibilities. ? Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure timely updates and visibility. ? Collaboration with Hiring Managers: ? Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand team needs, culture fit, and skillset requirements. ? Assist with scheduling interviews and organizing assessments or technical interviews. ? Onboarding & Documentation: ? Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance procedures are met. ? Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and hires in the company?s ATS (Applicant Tracking System). ? Market Research & Networking: ? Stay up-to-date with trends in the tech and banking sectors to better understand the talent landscape and recruitment challenges. ? Build and nurture a network of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Key Skills & Requirements: ? 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on the tech or banking industry. ? Experience sourcing candidates for technical roles (software developers, data scientists, IT specialists) and banking roles (risk managers, compliance officers, financial analysts). ? Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. ? Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. ? Strong negotiation skills and the ability to assess both technical and cultural fit. ? Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. ? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
