? Serve as the first line for customer/business partner support calls.

Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.
? 0 ? 2 years of experience in banking/financial services technology.
? 3+ years of experience in financial institutions preferred.
? Knowledge of Atlassian Jira preferred.
? Strong service orientation and communication skills.
? Ability to manage details and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs.
? Excellent time management skills.
? Ability to develop long-term working relationships.
