Assist clients with insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and health, by explaining coverage options and recommending suitable products. ? Process policy changes, claims, and renewals in a timely and efficient manner. ? Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive client outreach and follow-ups. ? Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and communication. ? Stay up to date with State Farm products, policies, and industry regulations.

Requirements: ? Must hold a valid insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health). ? Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. ? Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. ? Comfortable using virtual tools and software for communication and record-keeping. ? Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
