Key Responsibilities
? Lead the wrap-up and review phase following audit fieldwork, finalizing documentation and checklists.
? Review draft financial statements and related audit materials.
? Effectively communicate audit findings to stakeholders.
? Mentor and develop junior staff through guidance and training.

Required Skills
? Public accounting experience within the past five years.
? Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Auditing Standards (GAAS).
? Familiarity with the Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards.
? Exceptional communication skills to present audit results effectively.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree in Business, concentrating on Accounting.
? An active CPA license is essential.
? Candidates must be U.S. residents and authorized to work in the United States.
