Role / Title:The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for Kraft Heinz and contingent Labor companiesKey Components of the role:Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for the Kirksville Plant- ensuring that employees are paid properly and timely.Ensure hours worked are approved and reported properlyProcess all payroll related information in compliance with federal- state- and local laws and company policy.Balance customer service to employees and payroll processing with efficiency of operation.Work with and through others to obtain compliance with payroll timelines and procedures.Ensure the timeliness of payrollEnsure payroll records are retained in an efficient organized manner in accordance with legal requirements and Company record retention policy.Distribute weekly and bi-weekly labor reports to the HR ManagerMaintain complete confidentiality of employee information.Other duties may be assigned.Understanding company policies and how they pertain to payroll.Required Skills:Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordExperience with labor reporting systems KRONOS and/or ADPAttention to detail- and critical thinking skills.EEO Statement Kraft Heinz Company- Inc. is an equal employment employer and is committed to providing employment opportunities to minorities- females- veterans- and disabled individuals.
