Due to growth, they are looking for a Property Accountant who will have a dynamic set of assets they're responsible for all the reporting & analysis over.

Property Accountant Responsibilities:

• Provide back-up and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.

• Maintain/reconcile general ledgers and work papers.

• Reconcile CAM's, bill backs, and calculate escalations.

• Conduct routine audits. Provide budget to actual variance analysis.

• Maintain confidentiality and protect the operations by keeping information confidential.

Property Accountant Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting/Finance.

• High proficiency in Excel software.

• Must have at least three years of experience in real estate accounting.

• Yardi experience a plus
