Application Support Specialist

? Provide technical support to users of the company's software applications
? Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
? Document and track application issues
? Work with the development team to resolve issues and improve the applications
? Provide training to users on the company's software applications
? Stay up-to-date on the latest software updates and releases
? Monitor the performance of the company's software applications
? Identify and recommend improvements to the company's software applications
Requirements: ? 5+ years of experience in application support ? Strong understanding of software development principles ? Bachelor?s degree in computer science or a related field preferred ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure ? Ability to understand and document technical requirements and software relationships in an organized manner
