The Mortgage Loan Processor position is a full-time role based in Frederick, MD, requiring daily in-office attendance. After a few months of training, there is an opportunity for remote work one day a week, specifically on Wednesdays. Responsibilities
? Process mortgage loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified.

? Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the loan processing journey.

? Calculate income for both W2 and self-employed borrowers accurately.

? Maintain communication with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan process.

? Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements during the loan processing.

? Manage multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

? Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the loan processing.

Requirements
? Minimum one year of experience in the banking or mortgage industry, preferably in mortgage loan processing.

? Knowledge of various mortgage loan programs and processing requirements.

? Experience with Encompass software is preferred.
