Positions Summary: Responsible for providing timely and accurate financial transaction, administrative and clerical services to the company in an effective and efficient manner. This includes tracking and processing of job field tickets, preparing invoices to customers using varying methods and systems required by the customers, and processing customer credit memos when necessary. Essential Responsibilities: Analyze and research billing disputes with customers and pricing discrepancies within ERP system Process billing for assigned district(s) Assist processors(s) with issues in other districts Collaborate with Commercial Operation team as needed when discrepancies arise Assists with mid-month and month-end close for billing and reconciliation Level 1 troubleshoot for customer/billing issues Analyze processes to identify opportunities and collaborate to provide potential improvements Perform other related duties as required Education and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the field or related area required Experience with MS NAV system preferred Experience with invoice presentment systems such as OilDex, ADP, Open Invoice, and Cortex a plus, but not required Proficient with Microsoft Excel Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy Sensitive to confidential information Must work independently and as a member of team Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Able to read, speak and write English. Ability to use sophisticated computer software programs to achieve job functions. Sitting ? at desk or computer station, standing, walking, speaking, hearing ? frequent Bending/Stooping, twisting, lifting ? occasional Gripping, reaching, writing, fingering (data entry), handling (paper, files, etc) ? frequent Able to work under stressful conditions at times. Fine Motor Skills - typing, 10-key, ability to write for extended periods of time Communication - phone communication, communication with personnel and vendors Seeing - able to see the computer screen Climbing - able to go up and down stairs Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week unless otherwise directed by supervisor.
