Key Responsibilities: ? Prepare SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs ? Support clients with pre-IPO readiness, M&A activities, and financial reporting ? Collaborate with teams on process improvements and compliance projects ? Work closely with clients to deliver high-quality, value-added financial solutions
Qualifications: ? 3?5 years of public accounting experience (preference for candidates from mid-sized firms; Big 4 not required) ? CPA preferred but not required ? Strong experience with SEC reporting, debt/equity transactions, and smaller reporting companies is a plus ? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
