Position: Remote Debt Collector

We are actively seeking committed Debt Collectors to assist in interpreting and recovering on outstanding lease contracts. This position is fully remote and ideal for candidates with a minimum of four years of experience in third-party collections. For those new to the field, we also offer a 100% onsite option.

Compensation: Achieve commissions that can surpass 75% of your performance targets!

You will partake in a comprehensive two-week training program, supplemented with ongoing professional development opportunities. Success in this role requires attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to learning and adherence to management guidance is vital.

Key Responsibilities
? Employ skip tracing methods to locate consumers.
? Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with clients.
? Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
? Articulate charges to consumers clearly and address their inquiries.
? Investigate and resolve any disputes effectively.
? Adhere strictly to company policies and relevant state and federal regulations.
? Maintain a customer-centric approach throughout all interactions.
? Cultivate a professional rapport with colleagues and management.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent required.
? Ability to pass a background screening.
? Strong analytical abilities to evaluate account histories.
? Consistently meet production goals.
? Excellent attendance record.
? Previous experience in customer service or roles involving public interaction is preferred.
? Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
