About the position

The Client Manager for Cigna Healthcare is a pivotal role responsible for fostering and expanding membership within existing accounts while directly managing business relationships with client accounts. This position is essential in ensuring that the necessary systems and processes are established to meet the needs of both internal and external clients. The Client Manager will develop and implement effective strategies and policies related to account management, ensuring that the organization meets its goals for customer satisfaction and financial performance. In this role, the Client Manager will have overall responsibility for managing assigned customers within CIGNA HealthCare. This includes accountability for persistency results, membership and revenue growth, and the cultivation of strong relationships with customers and producers/brokers. The Client Manager will provide valuable input that positively impacts financial results and will ensure exceptional service and growth through the development of client and broker relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to account management, with a focus on building long-term partnerships that drive mutual success. The Client Manager will also be expected to maintain a high level of communication and customer service, utilizing strong sales negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectations and deliver results. This role is critical in driving growth and improving lives, aligning with Cigna Healthcare's mission to advocate for better health through every stage of life. The successful candidate will be empowered to guide customers through the healthcare system, providing them with the information and insights necessary to make informed decisions about their health and vitality.

Requirements
? College Degree or equivalent related experience

? Minimum 3 years' experience in health benefits

? Financial Savvy; ability to grow book of business
