About the position

Vivid Prosthodontics is a newly established dental practice that opened its doors in May 2022, specializing in prosthodontics. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Front Desk Administrator to join our team and contribute to the growth of our practice. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service from the moment they arrive at our office. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of basic dental terminology and procedures, as well as experience in managing patient check-ins and check-outs using a dental computer system, preferably Dentrix Ascend, although this is not a strict requirement. As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones in a friendly manner, and scheduling appointments both over the phone and in person. You will also confirm appointments, collect payments, and communicate with other dental offices to coordinate patient care. Maintaining accurate patient records and managing the import/export of patient paperwork will be essential tasks in this role. Additionally, you will assist in filing and processing insurance claims, which requires a good understanding of dental insurance practices. This position offers a full-time schedule from Tuesday to Friday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and the opportunity to work from home on Mondays. We value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation, sick time, holidays, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, and a uniform allowance. We welcome applicants of all experience levels, as we believe in fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and development.
