As a site reliability developer lead in our External Data organization, you'll be part of a team which transforms and delivers critical data to the enterprise efficiently to capture segmentation value and enable differentiated customer experience. In this role, you?ll monitor system health, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences while working closely with development teams to ensure that new features are delivered with reliability and scalability in mind. You?ll also support the quality and governance of data by collaborating with Data Analysts. You?ll be encouraged to grow in your career through new challenges, innovation events, and training opportunities.

This is a remote position for US based work only. This role has potential for occasional on-call work in the future.

Must-have qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of six years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications
? In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of six years related work experience
? In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of eight years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred skills
? Expertise in logging, traces, and metrics using Splunk and App Dynamics, as well as prior work with AWS and or Azure and CI/CD pipelines
? Skills in site reliability and facilitating understanding of such
? Advanced technical skills in one or more of the following: C#, Angular, Typescript/Javascript, Python, Go
? Understanding of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban), development lifecycle, and deployment patterns
? Proven experience and success with mentoring, coaching, and influencing others and collaborating across various IT departments

Compensation
? $125,000 - $154,000/year depending on position level and experience
? Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on level and company performance
