? Clearlink is currently seeking experienced and Licensed Medicare Sales Agents to join our work from home Medicare team!
? You will assist customers in making Medicare healthcare decisions by carefully matching customers with the optimal products and services.
? This person will be responsible for providing a phenomenal customer experience to all customers and maintaining the highest level of integrity, while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
? Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone
? Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
? Complete transactional sales through closing
? Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and close business
? Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures
? Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed.
Requirements: ? Must currently hold an active health insurance license ? Minimum of 1 year AEP Experience ? Experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred ? Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone ? Excellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills) ? Strong communication skills ? High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred ? Call center experience preferred ? Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends) ? Must be able to work 50hr/week during the final 2 weeks of AEP ? Ability to work from home with access to a private workspace and reliable home internet.
