Sentara Health is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Vice President, Consumer Insights. This position is a strategic and results-oriented executive role within a nationally recognized integrated healthcare delivery system based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Vice President will be responsible for developing the overall consumer insights and consumer research strategy and roadmap, which is crucial for enhancing the organization?s ability to meet the health needs of the communities it serves. The role involves building customer segmentation models and embedding them into the enterprise operating model, as well as designing and executing qualitative research studies. Additionally, the Vice President will deploy and manage enterprise Voice of the Customer (VOC) measurements across the integrated delivery network, enabling a transformation change agenda through the identification of key insights that inform the consumer value proposition. The Vice President will work closely with various stakeholders to synthesize, guide, and translate consumer research into actionable insights that address business challenges. This includes collaborating with teams to create shared alignment around a vision and executing that vision effectively. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly the ability to explain complex concepts and insights in applicable business terms. Strong analytical, project management, and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to summarize insights into clear and understandable presentations that drive actionable outcomes. The Vice President will also have project management experience, including leading project teams and managing work plans, budgets, and resources effectively.
