Scope of Work1. Financial Transaction Management
? Accurately record and manage financial transactions using industry-standard accounting software.
? Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
? Provide expense tracking and categorization through QuickBooks Online or similar platforms.

2. Bank Reconciliations & Delegate Access Banking
? Utilize delegate access to business bank accounts for transaction monitoring and reconciliation.
? Maintain strict security controls, ensuring view-only or limited permissions to prevent unauthorized actions.
? Adhere to banking security protocols, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and activity alerts.

3. Payroll & Expense Management
? Process and validate payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
? Oversee corporate credit card reconciliations and employee reimbursements.
? Work with Medlinks? financial team to track and approve vendor payments and operational expenses.

4. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
? Ensure strict adherence to GAAP, tax laws, and corporate financial policies.

Vendor Requirements
? Minimum 2+ years experience in corporate bookkeeping and financial management.
