Entry Level Financial Services Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our financial services team as an Entry Level Financial Services Representative/Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial advice and services to clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities: ? Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals, needs, and concerns ? Develop and implement financial plans tailored to each client's individual needs ? Educate individuals on investments, retirement planning, insurance, and other financial products and services ? Analyze market trends and provide regular updates to clients on their investment portfolios ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention ? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals ? Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements: ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ? Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications

Compensation:
? Performance-based bonuses and incentives
? 1099 Commission only
