Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriter

Compensation:

$68,000 - $72,000 Responsibilities: ? Perform underwriting due diligence, including analyzing loan packages, working with loan officers and clients in collecting information, conducting independent research and verifications, studying and analyzing professional third-party reports such as appraisal and environmental reports, conducting site inspections ? Prepare credit write-ups ? Work with the Document Department in loan closing ? Prepare loan extension or other amendment write-ups ? Review and monitor loans post-closing ? Prepare departmental forms, reports, and notices ? Provide client services

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in business or related field ? At least 2 years of experience in commercial loan underwriting ? Proficient in Microsoft Office ? Demonstrates good communication skills ? Excellent time management skills
