Experienced Russian Speaking Dental Biller

We are looking for an experienced dental billing specialist who is able:
• Review and analyze dental records and patient information to ensure accurate coding and billing
• Assign appropriate codes to diagnoses, procedures, and services using ICD-9 and other coding systems
• Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies for reimbursement
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries or disputes
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Stay updated on changes in dental coding guidelines and regulations

```Requirements```
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical coding or billing preferred
• Proficient in dental terminology, ICD-9 coding, and. dental billing processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding and data entry
• Knowledge of dental office procedures
• Familiarity with dental collection practices and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of Dentrix software a must
