Responsibilities
? Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services.
? Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with leads and establish rapport.
? Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities for business development.
? Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them on to the sales team.
? Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM software.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
? Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications
? Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in technology sales or software industries.
? Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English.
? Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies.
? Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and engage prospects effectively.
? Experience in business development is a plus, along with knowledge of market dynamics.
? Proficient in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage leads and track progress.
