What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Identify missing documentation and prioritize follow-up communication with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Identification Program (CIP) policies
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to streamline the loan origination process
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all loan-related activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to independently identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology for data entry and document management
• Adaptability to changing processes and regulatory requirements in the lending industry
