About the position

The QuickBooks / Bookkeeping Specialist at Patriot Tax Group is a vital role that requires a blend of tax preparation and bookkeeping expertise. This position is available for both part-time and full-time employment, with a flexible schedule that accommodates the busy tax season from January to June, transitioning to part-time from June to December. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation, specifically with personal, self-employed, and corporate returns, and must be bilingual in Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. In this role, you will utilize Intuit ProSeries for tax preparation and QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks. The position demands a minimum of three years of experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation, along with a valid PTIN or the ability to obtain one. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing accurate tax returns, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The work environment is office-based, and the schedule is primarily day shift, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities
? Prepare personal, self-employed, and corporate tax returns using Intuit ProSeries.

Requirements
