About the position

The Specialist Order to Cash position is an entry-level role focused on supporting order processing, invoicing, and contract creation for clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. The role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel, with responsibilities including managing claims and accounts receivable, and providing exceptional client support. Responsibilities
? Process orders, deductions, and create contracts.

? Manage claims and accounts receivables.

? Address any potential order, deduction, or contract issues.

? Provide timely and thorough communication with clients and customers.

? Participate in client/customer conference calls as scheduled, providing feedback and insight.

? Communicate regularly with management about critical issues or opportunities.

? Provide reports to clients/customers as needed.

Requirements
? Associate's Degree or equivalent office experience.

? 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and working in a fast-paced environment.

? Preferred experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields.

? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
