Respond to inbound inquiries from business clients via phone, email, and chat? Understand customer needs to recommend the perfect products or services to meet their goals? Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal? Cultivate a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice? Work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience? Use our CRM system to track and manage leads, ensuring every detail is accurate and follow-ups are timely? Aim to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, driving your success?
